• Permanently inserts reticulated armor webbing into gloves, allowing you to increase armor by 700 for 14 sec. Can be used once every minute.
  
  Attaching the armor webbing causes the gloves to become soulbound. An Engineering skill of 400 is required to keep the webbing active.
• Cast time: 5 sec

Reticulated Armor Webbing is an engineer-only permanent "enchant" to gloves. This item takes the same "spot" as an enchant from Enchanting.
