Restless Lookouts are ghouls typically found in packs of four at the outskirts of the Weeping Quarry in Icecrown.
Abilities
Enraged — Look out!- Frenzy — Increases the caster's attack speed by 30% and the Physical damage it deals by 50 for 2 min.
Pierce Armor — Reduces an enemy's armor by 30% for 10 sec.
