Resonance Crystals are the 
[Reservoir Anima]/
[Dragon Isles Supplies]-style currency for The War Within. They can be frequently obtained from Delves on Khaz Algar. Additionally, alts who complete Warband Renown-giving quests will receive up to 500 Resonance Crystals in lieu of the Renown.
