Relios the Relic Keeper is an archmage found in the vicinity of Dalaran Crater in what is now considered part of Hillsbrad Foothills.
Moments after the death of Antonidas during the Third War, Relios was among the mages who fought outside Dalaran against Arthas Menethil and the Scourge when Kel'Thuzad was summoning Archimonde.[1]
Before an assault could be made on the magi of Ambermill, Dalar Dawnweaver needed Relios' signet ring to unlock the secrets of the 
[Ambermill Codex]. Dalar explained that his own was taken when he died.
Dalar explains that Relios was a pupil of his before becoming a Forsaken.
Abilities
Arcane Barrage — Launches several missiles at the enemy target, inflicting Arcane damage.
Arcane Blast — Blasts the target with energy, dealing Arcane damage. Each time you cast Arcane Blast, the damage of all Arcane spells is increased by 60% and mana cost of Arcane Blast is increased by 30%. Effect stacks up to 4 times and lasts until canceled or until any Arcane damage spell except Arcane Blast is cast.
Blink — Teleports the caster 15 yd. forward unless something is in the way. Also frees the caster from any bonds.
