      Restores 300000 health and (75000 / 5 * 20 sec) mana over 20 sec.  If you spend at least 10 seconds eating you will become well fed and gain 250 in a stat for 1 hour.  May benefit some more than others.

Recipe: Great Banquet of the Steamer was never made available. The recipe is instead taught by Yan Ironpaw in the Valley of the Four Winds.
