      Restores 30,000 health and 30,000 mana over 20 sec. If you spend at least 10 seconds eating you will become well fed and gain 32 in a stat for 1 hour. May benefit some more than others.
    • Requires Level 35
    • Sell Price: 15s
  • 100 Year Soy Sauce, Emperor Salmon (10), Wildfowl Breast (10), Jade Squash (50)
  • Requires Cooking (600)
  • Sell Price: 25s

Recipe: Banquet of the Steamer was never made available. The recipe is instead taught by Yan Ironpaw in the Valley of the Four Winds.
