Raw Scraps are found inside salvage bags and crates from the Salvage Yard.
Notes
It replaced the random junk items that could be looted from 
[Bag of Salvaged Goods], 
[Crate of Salvage], and 
[Big Crate of Salvage]. This was to reduce inventory clutter as well as the amount of gold obtained from the vendor.
