Patch changes

Hotfix (2024-08-13): Now lasts 30 seconds (was 15 seconds) and increases Raptor Strike damage by 15% per application (was 10%).
Hotfix (2024-05-01): Now increases the damage done of [Raptor Strike] and [Mongoose Bite] by 10% per stack (was 15%).
Patch 1.15.2 (2024-04-02): Added.
