Rain of Chaos is a Destruction warlock talent.
It is an exclusive choice node with 
[Grand Warlock's Design].
Patch changes
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 10 Destruction talent (was a level 45 Destruction talent). 
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Grimoire of Supremacy renamed to Rain of Chaos and now every Soul Shard you spend has a 20% chance to summon an additional Infernal that lasts 10 seconds (was increase 
[Chaos Bolt] damage by 8%). Now available at level 45 (was 90). 
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Added, replacing the previous 
[Grimoire of Supremacy] talent.
