Raging Flames can be found in the Mechanar. Two of these are summoned by Nethermancer Sepethrea at the beginning of the fight.
Abilities
Inferno (Heroic mode) — Surrounds the caster with an inferno that periodically inflicts Fire damage to nearby enemies for 8 sec. While the caster is aflame, he cannot move or use his abilities. Instant- Immune to all spells, invulnerable.
