Rabid Shadows is a conduit for shadow priests. It drops from Margrave Stradama in Plaguefall and the Tarragrue in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
