Putrid Ichors are oozelings located throughout the Vale of Eternal Blossoms during the Black Empire assaults.
Abilities
Hysterical Outburst — The caster bursts, inflicting 5 Shadow damage to all players within 8 yards. Victims are afflicted with Hysteria.
Hysteria — Increases all casting and attack speeds by 10% while increasing the cost of all abilities by 3%. If the victim reaches 20 applications of Hysteria they will go insane for 4 sec.
