Trivia

• This weapon is a reference to the character Proximo in the movie Gladiator, who was given a wooden sword called a rudius as a symbol of his freedom.
• The name of the weapon likely is also a reference to Tom Chilton, who played a level 70 PvP warrior (Kalgan) at the time this item was designed.
