Captain Grub Redcut paid Arty to devalue Zeros' crystals in the auction house, so he was the anonymous contributor to the BBJ's front page. This caused Zeros problems with Baron Revilgaz, so the blue dragon, aided by an adventurer, asked Blixrez Goodstitch to reveal who the anonymous contributor to the newspaper was. After helping him, Blixrez told them it was Arty, and Zeros had the adventurer bribe Arty's bodyguards, so that he could learn who was behind this betrayal. Arty noticed his bodyguards gone and revealed it was Grub Redcut.
