Criteria of
Context
Prince Farondis is the ruler of Azsuna. He attempted to stop Queen Azshara's attempt to summon Sargeras to Azeroth before it began by using the 
[Tidestone of Golganneth], for which Azshara punished him by destroying the Tidestone and cursing Farondis and all of his people to live on as ghosts. His people have hated him for this ever since.
