Prime Blackfang Challenge Totem can be purchased from  Z'tenga the Walker <Saberstalker Quartermaster> at a cost of 25  [Blackfang Claw]. It is used to summon  Eyepiercer <Crazed Blackfang Warmonger> (one of the objectives of  [40W] Rumble in the Jungle) at the Fang'rila arena.
