The Portal to Torghast[48.2, 39.5] is found in Ve'nari's Refuge in the Maw once players unlock it during 
[60] Into Torghast. Alts will see it as soon as they reach level sixty. Run through it to enter the antechamber of Torghast, Tower of the Damned.
Others are found throughout the Maw.
