The Pools of Reflection are a subzone in the Shadowmoon Burial Grounds. Bonemaw is found here.
Like in the Crypt of the Ancients, the water in this area applies a debuff to players touching it: 
Blessed Waters of Purity — Silenced and Pacified.

Shaman regularly use pools to help commune with the spirits, such as the Pools of Vision in Wor'gol and the Pools of Vision in Thunder Bluff. This may have been the Shadowmoon equivalent.
