Plunderer Jurval was a vrykul located in Stormheim. He was the leader of a group of Tideskorn who wielded crafted weapons made from 
[Lumenstone]. When the Silver Hand found out, they attack and killed the entire raiding party in order to obtain the Lumenstone weapons.
