Plump Lava Worms are lava worms that appear during the encounter with Alysrazor in the Firelands. They are fed upon by the Voracious Hatchlings.

Lava Spew — Plump Lava Worms spew a molten cone of fire, dealing 40000 damage every 1 sec to all enemies within a 18 yard 35 degree cone.
