Plaguemaster Rancel is an undead that can be encountered as a boss in the Monster Hunt single-player experience in the The Witchwood expansion for Hearthstone. His poisons helped shape the Witchwood, and as indicated by his dialogue, he currently appears to be working on developing a new plague.
