Plaguefallen Chest[57.7, 75.9] is a treasure found at the House of Plagues in Maldraxxus.
Steps
- Become
[Plaguefallen] by standing in any slime until you get 10 stacks of 
Concentrated Plague, or consuming a Plaguefallen Potion near the main hub for the House of Plagues. - Within 2 minutes, run over to the platform where Scunner spawns and jump off below to find a secret tunnel entrance[62.4, 76.56]. Jumping off near the right curved bone as you walk onto the platform brings you closer to the tunnel.
- Enter the tunnel, and take the Plaguefallen Pipe up to the chest.
