Plaguefallen is a debuff found in the House of Plagues in Maldraxxus and in Plaguefall. Standing in any of the flowing slime will apply 
Concentrated Plague. Once it stacks to 10, the player becomes Plaguefallen, transforming them into a slime giant. Alternatively, drinking a Plaguefallen Potion around the main hub of the House of Plagues is an instant, less painful way to transform. The debuff also reduces movement and haste, and disallows mounting.
