Plague Inventors are necromancers found near the Pool of Mixed Monstrosities at Plague Watch in Maldraxxus. Some are seen pouring ingredients into the pool. In addition, three Plague Inventors can be found working alongside Plague Deviser Marileth in the Covenant Sanctum version of the Seat of the Primus.
