at the Roasted Ram in Valdrakken after reaching renown 5 with Keg Leg's Crew during Plunderstorm. This item may be purchased once per Battle.net account.
It provides a normal Amirdrassil gear piece during Dragonflight Season 3 at Champion 2/8 upgrade track.
