Pendulum of Doom is an extremely low drop from Uldaman.
Patch 2.3.0 reduced the level of mobs in this instance, making the two-hand axe extremely hard to come by since there are only a very small number of mobs in the instance that can drop it.
Trivia
- This weapon was originally one of only three items with a slow speed of 4.00.
- The large damage and slow speed of this weapon enabled Warriors, Paladins and Enhancement speced Shamans to deal very high burst damage.
- Because of the weapon's high burst potential it was considered the best weapon for Warriors, Retribution Paladins, and Enhancement Shamans in the Level 39 Twink Bracket (even after the introduction of BOA weapons).
Patch changes
Patch 1.2.0 (2004-12-18): The damage effect on Pendulum of Doom is now considered physical damage instead of Shadow damage.
