Changes

• CHAT_MSG_ADDON arg4's value for sender now returns player name - realm name instead of just the player name (e.g. "Arthas-Silvermoon")
• CHAT_MSG_WHISPER arg2's value for author now returns player name - realm name instead of just the player name (e.g. "Arthas-Silvermoon")
• I haven't checked all other CHAT_MSG_* events but its not unlikely they will also include realm names
