Pao'ka Swiftmountain is a tauren quest giver located at Highperch in the Thousand Needles. To find him, look for the large tauren totempole. There is a small path leading up the mountainside behind it.
Years after finding his way to freedom after being trapped in Highperch while trying to study the native wind riders, Pao'ka resolved to return and protect them. When the Cataclysm struck, he sought to defend the creatures from capture or destruction by the Twilight’s Hammer.
