The Oxhoof Greatcloak is one of Wrathion's cloak quest rewards for completing  [90] Cloak of Virtue, the legendary quest in Patch 5.3 involving the August Celestials.

The item is sold by Blacktalon Quartermaster to players who completed the questline prior to its removal.

• Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Bonus Armor replaced with Versatility.
  
• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): No longer available as a quest reward. Stats squished. Dodge and Crit replaced with Haste and Bonus Armor.
