Orphan Matron Meliana is a human located in her orphanage in Old Stratholme during the Deaths of Chromie scenario. She seems to be in love with Emery Neill and was responsible for the local orphanage.
When Arthas Menethil started the purge of Stratholme, she armed herself with a 
[Refurbished Military Rifle], a bunch of 
[Basic Cloth Bandages] and 
[Salted Venison Jerky]. She also gave a portion of the jerky to Emery. It is unknown what happened to her during the purge, but the children were evacuated.[1] Like all the other buildings, her orphanage burns to this day.
