Oracle Zoketh is a dominated automa oracle located just south of the Dread Portal in Zereth Mortis. Along with Oracle Voraxxi, she predicts the actions of the Maw Walkers and their allies on behalf of the Mawsworn, so Secutor Mevix wants her killed.[1]
Abilities
Channeled Obliteration — Assaults nearby players with Cosmic magic.
Destabilize — Inflicts Cosmic damage. At 6 stacks, inflicts Cosmic damage to nearby targets and slows for 5 sec.
Drain Hope — Drains the hope of the target, reducing their damage done to the caster.
