Omarion's Notes - Pages 15 & 16 is looted from a Lost Page at [24, 23] up in the rafters above Stalagg in the Halls of Reanimation in Naxxramas. Repeat the grapple path that originally reached Zackett Skullsmash: starting at Stalagg's platform, grapple up to [23, 25] → [25, 22] → [27, 25] → [24, 24] on the next layer up. Handing this item in to Master Craftsman Omarion at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands will add 
[Pattern: Polar Gloves] and [Pattern: Polar Helm] to his shop.
This is one of the criteria of 
[Putting Wilhelm Out of Business], which requires the 
[Wards of the Dread Citadel] achievement and finding and turning in [Omarion's Second Handbook].
