Omar the Test Dragon is a character used several times throughout the various test phases. During the Wrath of the Lich King beta, he would send out mails including a version of the 
[Carrot on a Stick] that would enchant mounts individually. He was also involved in the test of currency conversion for the patch 4.0.1 PTR. He also has a DungeonEncounterID.
