The setup
The chest of Ogron Plunder is found at [58.7, 60.2] next to a campfire guarded by Toom, Bort, and Wullim east of Bloodmane Valley in southeastern Spires of Arak. Opening the chest while Toom is still alive will cause the ogron to yell:
- Toom yells: Filthy burgla! You gun be my dinna now!
Dispatch the ogron (consider doing so before looting the chest, as they're not linked) to acquire the 
[Burglar's Vest] and 12 
[Dwarf Beard Rings].
Tracking quest
To check whether this chest has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(36340))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, this chest has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
Trivia
- This is a reference to an incident in the fantasy novel The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien, where a company of 12 dwarves hires Bilbo Baggins as a burglar. Shortly after their adventure began, they were captured by three ogres—Tom, Bert, and William—who wanted to eat the heroes.
