The Offering Kit Maker is found inside the Offering Box at ^{[45.3, 67.1]} at the northwestern part of the Vault of Secrets in Korthia. It creates an  [Offering Preparation Kit], which can be used to wrap an item as a  [Condensed Offering Sphere].
