Obsidian Prayer Beads drop from Zaqali Preservers, Zaqali Ritualists, and Zaqali Shrineguards, and can be looted from Battered Ebon Armaments, Cached Weaponry, Smoldering Incense, and Thrumming Earthstone in Zaralek Cavern.
As a quest objective
- Looting them counts as
[Zaqali Equipment], needed for Sabellian in 
[70] Know Thy Enemy.
