Neutronium Surge

Neutronium Surges are water elementals located on Mechagon Island.

Abilities

Critical Mass — Increases all damage inflicted by 33%.
Fissile Fling — Flings a hunk of fissile material at a player's location, inflicting 13 Nature damage to targets within 8 yards. This also applies Irradiated to targets caught in the area.
Irradiated — Radioactive material coats the player, inflicting 0 damage every 5 sec for 15 sec. At 10 doses of Irradiated, the player becomes afflicted by Radiation Sickness, causing them to to^[sic] vomit periodically. At 20 stacks of Irradiated, the player succumbs to Radiation Poisoning, killing them instantly.
