The Netherspace Portal Stone drops from Prince Malchezaar in Karazhan. It teaches you how to summon Netherspace Abyssal, an abyssal companion.

Upon leaving Netherspace, Malchezaar's Abyssals become strangely distorted by Karazhan's magical protections, rendering them tiny, and much less likely to spontaneously erupt in flames.
