This effect cannot be refreshed; it gains 1 stack instead.;

For Blood death knights it also causes you to gain 2 Runic Power whenever a target infected with Necrotic Plague attempts to attack you.

Patch 6.1.0 (2015-02-24): Damage has been increased by 20% and now only grants Runic Power to Blood death knights.
