Nearly Headless Jacob is a master Pet Tamer located at the shore of the Mirror of Twilight in Crystalsong Forest. He is surrounded by his three level 25 battle pets: Stitch, Mort, and Spooky Strangler.
Defeating him is required to complete the 
[Taming Northrend] achievement.
He can be seen outside the Caverns of Time in Tanaris during the Bronze Celebration.
