Naxa, Spawn of Naraxas, is one of the three giant worms aiding the Mightstone drogbar during the battle of Snowblind Mesa in Highmountain.

While fighting Naxa, adventurers are aided by members of the Rivermane tribe.

Abilities

Choking Stream — Choke an enemy target making them vulnerable to damage while channeled.
Devour — Bites the enemy, inflicting Physical damage and stunning the target for 2 sec.
Worm Bile — When not engaged in melee combat, the worm spits acid bile on surrounding enemies, inflicting Nature damage and leaving behind bile pools that inflict additional Nature damage.
