Mysterious Tarot is an Inscription spell that creates one of three 'Rogue' cards at random:  [Ace of Rogues],  [Two of Rogues] or  [Three of Rogues]. Combining one of each card creates a  [Rogues Deck], which begins Darkmoon Faire quest   [1-70] Rogues Deck.
