Music Roll: Lament of the Highborne can be looted from Sylvanas' Strongbox at [58.1, 93.9] in the Royal Quarter of Undercity. As with all music rolls, players must have completed 
[40] Bringing the Bass before being able to acquire this roll.
The strongbox is by the pillar to Sylvanas's left on the raised area, which is to the right side of her when viewed from the entrance. The strongbox can be looted by both Alliance and Horde players, though Alliance players may want to take a raid.
"Lament of the Highborne" is sung by Sylvanas Windrunner in the Undercity after Horde players bring 
[The Lady's Necklace], found at Windrunner Spire in the Ghostlands to her.
