Murkdeep Cavern is cavern accessible by swimming under the surface of eastern Vir'naal Lake, located below Mar'at, in Uldum. The Dark Ritualist Zakahn of the Neferset tribe - accompanied by two Neferset soldiers, is conducting a ritual to defile the waters in the Vir'naal River. The ritual is causing the water to become "clouded" and unsuited for High Priest Amet to read the future in. This also causes a lot of foul sea serpents to inhabit the area.^[1]
