Mouton Flamestar is a quest giver located at Flamestar Post in the Burning Steppes, and is involved in the Burning Steppes storyline. Although he is neutral, he gives separate Alliance and Horde versions of his quest.
He is a good friend of Overseer Oilfist and a trusted ally of the Thorium Brotherhood.[1]
