It is an exclusive choice node with [Inertia].

Patch changes

Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07):
- Now increases damage by 6% (was 8%), lasts 6 seconds (was 5 seconds), and duration stacks to a max of 30 seconds (was 10 seconds).
- Now a choice node with [Inertia].
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Redesigned as a row 8 Havoc talent (was a level 50 Havoc talent): Fel Rush, The Hunt, and Vengeful Retreat increase your damage done by 8% for 5 sec.
Old: Fel Rush increases your damage done by 15% for 6 sec. Vengeful Retreat's cooldown is reduced by 5 sec, and it generates 80 Fury over 10 sec if it damages at least one enemy.
Hotfix (2021-03-25): Fixed an issue where the damage from [The Hunt]'s damage-over-time effect was not increased by Momentum.
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 50 (was 110).
Hotfix (2018-08-22): Now properly increases the damage effect of [Trail of Ruin].
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Redesigned as a level 110 talent (was 106): Fel Rush increases your damage done by 15% for 6 sec. Vengeful Retreat's cooldown is reduced by 5 sec, and it generates 80 Fury over 10 sec if it damages at least one enemy.
