[20-40] Luring Nat, and then used in 
[20-40] Finding Nat Pagle.

Notes
The first corresponding quest for Alliance players has them fish up an 
[Arcane Trout] in Shadowmoon Valley, but as the second is a neutral quest, both factions are given the Horde's Molten Catfish instead.
