- You receive an increased effect and duration when you drink any elixir or flask you are able to make.
Mixology is a passive ability available to Alchemists. With it, any flask or elixir that can be created by the Alchemist has double duration (2 hours) when it is consumed by them. In addition, the effect is increased somewhat as well, with the amount of increase varying from item to item.
Patch changes
Hotfix (2014-11-05): Should now be working correctly, and doubles the duration of flasks and elixirs once more. 
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Merged into the Alchemy tooltip instead of existing as a separate passive skill. 
Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
