Midnight Salmon are fish caught in Kul Tiras, Zandalar, and Nazjatar. They are a key item in two Cooking recipes: the 
[Bountiful Captain's Feast] and the 
[Galley Banquet].

This item is obtained from fishing in Kul Tiras and Zandalar. They can also be caught in the Battle for Azeroth phases of Uldum and Vale of Eternal Blossoms, although their on-use effect does not function in these zones.
They have a higher chance of being fished from schools of fish and later in the day, as their flavor text indicates.
