Patch changes
Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Measured Contemplation now increases the healing of your next 
[Flash Heal] or 
[Shadow Mend] by 40% per stack in PvP Combat (was 50%) for Shadow Priests. - Hotfix (2021-03-17): Fixed an issue where Measured Contemplation would break invisibility potion effects.
- Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09): Measured Contemplation is now cleared upon starting an Arena match.
- Hotfix (2021-01-14): Measured Contemplation will now consistently grant stacks of its buff.
